The Alliance of Ford Minority Dealers will advance the goals of minority dealers in the areas of market share, representation, and profitability. The Alliance will champion efforts to promote the hiring of minority employees, consultant and suppliers within the automotive business. We will build strong relationships between all vehicle brands of Ford Motor Company and continue to support the minority community thus strengthening the Company’s image in these communities.
