June 1, 2007 Dear Preferred Partner, In today’s economic climate developing win-win situations is a must. The Alliance of Ford Motor Minority Dealers is reaching out to your company in an effort to establish such a relationship. We are a nonprofit automotive dealer association seeking strategic partnerships with companies and individuals who can enjoy the benefits of doing business with us. Our mission statement and goals are about gaining market share, representation, and profitability for our dealer members. The Alliance of Ford Motor Minority Dealers is looking for companies who can become Preferred Partners. We are seeking partners within all aspects of the automotive retail business from selling, advertising, accounting services, banking, and health insurance to fixed operations. We are a recognized dealer group within Ford Motor Company. Our members represent over 95 franchises within the Ford Motor Company brands. Our membership is made up of Hispanic, non-Hispanic and women dealers. Members are located throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico with concentrations in Florida, California, and Texas; a vast majority of our members are in Hispanic communities. One way to become a Preferred Partner is to become a Corporate Sponsor/Member of AFMMD. The benefits of being a corporate sponsor range from having your company’s web link on our site to having the ability to schedule focus group meetings with our members. Top sponsors will be limited and will have additional benefits tied to our annual conference. Also, we are in the initial planning stages of our 6th Annual Roundtable Conference and Membership Meeting along Ford Motor Company and would welcome your participation. As in previous years, our conference will include top Ford Motor Company Executives, Government Officials, and members from throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This year our conference will be held in San Antonio, TX area during the first week of October. We look forward to a positive relationship that will provide mutual benefits to both your company and our association. I will follow this letter with a call. Or please feel free to contact me directly. Thanks for your time and attention. Sincerely, Osvaldo Garcia, Jr. (734) 289-2975 |
